Manufacturers, why cant we have regional carriages test drive days held at indoor arenas. When we want to test drive a car we can go and drive in sit in it etc, but when we need a new carriage we want to put our ponies to them look at the fit, feel the ride, see how they work. With the supposed recession, the manufacturers should maybe take time to all get together, hire a indoor school, get some people along. Ardingley is always well supported and unless your prepared to go to Holland, whats in the UK. Maybe your carriages are, you get what you pay for, or maybe a person/company who deals in second hand who maybe has a selection of different manufacturers could offer this. When you think some of these carriages are nearly the same price as a super mini, why shouldnt we test drive? |
