Sue Botley put me on to Premier Equine - they make very competitively priced boots in lots of sizes. They still have some "old design" neoprene sports boots on their website at the clearance price of £12.99 a pair. I've got some and they are excellent value and stand up to wear well. Worth a look! They tell me that their new design is better, but they weren't doing small pony sizes the last time I asked. http://www.premierequineinternational.com/acatalog/Sale.html |

Gosh thanks for that advice Rita, they were the type that I was thinking about buying. What boots do you use Rita? I am unsure about buying the Pro choice boots as I bought some similar from Equifor but they rubbed so I sold them on eBay. I don't want to buy the pro boots if they rub as well. I do like the Pro Choice Boots though especially as they have support for the suspensory ligament. Thanks Dawn |

Don't buy sheepskin lined N.E.W Boots, they attract grass head that get stuck really deeply and almost impossible to get all of it out!! This is from my own experience and nothing to do with user name Rita Bundock |

I am after buying some new boots for when competing in the marathon. I purchased some WW Tendon Boots but since then I have been looking at the N.E.W Max Performance Boots. I am returning the WW boots but not sure what to purchase instead. Has anyone an experince of using The N.E.W boots and if so what did you think. If not do you recommend any other type of boot? Thanks |
