we are new to it as well jo it does seem difficult to gain info we are looking for a local driving instructor but not having much luck . i did some driving 20 years ago but never had any lessons but i want to compete and get back into things as i have given up riding now and breed welsh mountain ponies would love to do some indoor trials and eventually some scurry driving . i think the ponies need more than just ploding round the show ring and we need a way of excercising the older ones and stallions it isour intention to break all the ponies to drive eventually . we are near weton super mare / south west if anyone knows of anyone that can give tuition please email drenrowstud@aol.com |

We are newcomers to the driving trials scene and are currently looking for a 2nd hand vehicle to initially do indoor events but later (all going well!) outdoor 2 day events. Has anyone got any advice re what type of vehicle is best to start with, experience of particular makes (about to look at a Hartland), things to definately look out for or things to avoid! Any feedback would be appreciated Jo |
