This is a very old scam that has been going around for years, usually it is someone scamming to buy a horse.
The obvious in the message is the extreme poor grammer and spelling.

Relating to cheques being recalled.. my bank informed me that cheques can be recalled 2 years later. Makes you wonder doesn't it.

The other scam is when someone emails to say they are poor and don't have a bank account and would like your help cashing a cheque and they will give you some money for doing it..

I wonder if anyone actually falls for these?

Sellers beware! Cashback Fraud
I have recently advertised a carriage on CHDTG web site.
I received an enquiry as follows:-
Good Day, i was fortunate to come across your advert, so i would like to know if it still available for sale ,if available for sale , i would love to get it , so i would like to know the last asking price and condition at present , also i would much greatful ,if you can forward some pictures along in your response to my enquiry .Less i forget ,i would like to inform you that i would making my payment by cheque ,so i hope you understand me ,have a nice day and i await& nbsp;your response shortly.
Alarm bells rang straight away when this person stated that they would be paying by cheque.
When I queried this the person said that they where based in Jersey and that they would arrange for the shipping of the carriage through a friend.
I allowed this to progress up to the point where the payment for the carriage was supposed to be sent to myself, never believing this to be a genuine enquiry.
This is the last response from this person:-
How are you doing today, hope fine. Well i just want to update you concerning the cheque payment, the cheque payment has now been sent to you, and also i should let you know that the shipping cost of the carriage is also included to the cost of the carriage am buying fro you, so when the cheque clears into your account, the left funds after you must have deduct the cost of the carriage will be forwarded to my shipping agent so that he can make all the neccessary things before coming over to your location for the pick up of the carriage, so i hope you understand me ? also how is the carriage, hope it is in a safe place? i wait to hear from you soon.
Thnaks Alot.
This confirmed what I had suspected right from the start.
The con is that these people send a cheque above the value to the goods that you are trying to sell and then ask you to forward the difference to a third party.
BEWARE. EVEN IF THE CHEQUE CLEARS INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. IF THE CHEQUE WAS STOLEN THE BANK THAT ISSUES THE CHEQUE CAN RECALL THE MONIES FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER IT HAS CLEARED. IF YOU PAY ANY MONEY OUT BY CASH OR CHEQUE YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK.
