Now that the Championships are over and competitors have either celebrated or drowned their sorrows can I say what a wonderful Championships they were. The organisation was first class from the running of the classes to the hospitality tent. it was nice to see a pay-bar where competitors could get together and have a good craic. The Saturday night was superb with food and entertainment to the fore. Congratulations to all the winners and extremely well done to Patti and Keith and the whole Organising Committee. We used to enjoy going to Windsor but this was the best yet ( especially as it was less than 20 miles from home!!) LOL Thanks from all the Stafford family. | ||

The Organising Committee at Bywell Horse Driving Trials would like to express our huge gratitude to all the Officials, Helpers and Stewards for working so hard over the past week. The National Championships for 2019 is now over. The fields are nearly back to their original green and natural state; we cannot believe that we only moved on site eleven days ago! THANK YOU ALL. |
