I used to have one by Draper that operated on 2x "C" batteries. It was very handy, had it for years until we let someone borrow it and they broke it.

Clippersharp have a solar powered unit which has backup batteries. Good reviews, not a silly price and lightweight.

Looking for ideal energiser to keep in box for temporary paddock at events. So I dont have to luge large battery about.
Anyone recommend a brand or any problems with certain ones? Best price and place to buy one?
Thanks Wendy
