Just to say a huge thank you to Simon Heath for his very informative and frank blog, giving us a real insight into the British teams journey over the competition, also for his personal views which have given a much better insight into the job(s) of a chef, no holiday there!! its also very interesting to hear that other countries are already planning their campaign for the next worlds, and will have taken their results and performances back to their coaches, to build on their future performances, Well done The British team, you got there, which was no mean feat and you competed, completed and hopefully have come back armed with renewed vigour, |
