On the front page of BC web site there is a header INFORMATION and within that a section entitled CLASS STRUCTURE. I think that should help.

I have been driving for two years and I am not sure if there are any rules relating to Novice and Open Drivers, i.e. when does a Novice driver become an Open driver. I am aware of issues surrounding novice horses but can anyone explain how drivers graduate.
