I am looking to (preferably) try (with an option to purchase) a full collar, broller, or empathy collar to fit a 34" shetland. He has high, very active shoulders and it is hard to get a breast collar to fit him. We are based in Kent near Jt 5 of M25.

Alternatively it would be great to hear of any ideas you may have.
