Hi, I worked at a recycling plant, all the JCBs had gell filled tyres ( the same as you get from most garden/ lawnmower centres ) and never had any problems. My mower has it in the tyres for the last 5 years & never had a flat & it runs very close to a hawthorn hedge most of the time. Mike |

Hi there No good for motorcycle size tyres, but for anyone with cycle type wheels who is worrying, after two punctures in my little exercise cart (from the hedgecuttings) we bought solid inner tubes from a mountain bike parts shop on line (sorry forgotten name). They were difficult to size and fit, but definitely worth it. Six years later the tyres are going strong and country lanes with cut hawthorn hold no horrors any more! Anne |

thanks for the reply Helen, what I forgot to mention was that I need it for my 4 wheel carriage vehicle - as they are more like motorbike than cycle tyres, does any one have experience of sealant in these? |

Can any one advise me on sealants for pneumatic tyres? I live in a very rural area and am expecting the hedge cutters to be out as soon as the harvest is in...thornes coming my way! |
