There is no largest width specified, but the minimum width is 125cm (at the base of the back wheels).

We set the cones to give a reasonable clearance for that width, so if you're much wider you'll have trouble fitting.

Outdoors the marathon minimum width is 125cms, minimum width for dressage and cones is 138cm (for all pony classes).
