Proposed New British Rule Book

I understand that the proposed New British Rule Book will apply to National, Regional and Club events and include sections for Paras and Young Drivers. (It will be simplified .and will reflect the wishes of the British Members and not the administrators of Lausanne ).
It will be a stand-alone document, quite separate from the “FEI Driving Rules and Para-Equestrian Driving Rules Effective from 1 January 2014 “

On page 1 of the 2013 BHDTA Rulebook (which was produced before the name change - the 2014 version will be BC) it says:

"The Rules are based on the 2009 FEI Rules (as amended with effect from 1 January 2013) which are printed in normal type. Where a Rule has been modified or incorporated for National use, the British version is printed in red italics for ease of reference. Matters which are 'particularly British' are in Annexes 12 - 18"

You can download the PDF of the rulebook from the Information section.

I believe a club event rulebook is being considered and may be with us for next year's season.

We haven’t been to any club competitions this year but at the Junior Nationals at Newby Hall we were told that the transfer section would be under “club” rules i.e. walk only. Apparently all the clubs have agreed to run the walk/transfer section differently from the Nationals. Is there a club rule book or a list of rules that clubs run differently from BC?

Next year we may have to do a competition under FEI rules. Is there a list of the rules that BC runs differently from the FEI?
