Hi Diane if you go to the site index and click on training you will find details of clinics for beginners and a list of qualified trainers who hold the UK Coaching Certificate in your area. here's the link: http://www.horsedrivingtrials.co.uk/training/training.htm or you can phone Wilf on 07802 899 004 who will point you in the right direction and let you know of any forthcoming subsidised clinics etc. |

Hi, I am a newbie, with lots and lots of questions!! I had my first go at carriage driving at the weekend, and have got the bug!!! I have a 12.2hh sec b that I would like to drive, and want to get started! I know I will need to send him to someone to break him to harness, has anyone got any recommendations please? I live in Ashford, Kent, so would like someone local, and hopefully someone thats not gonna cost the earth!!! I am also looking for an instructor that I can learn with, I guess it would be using their pony etc as obviously mine isnt ready yet!!!! |
