Kindly note that this event is to be driven in marathon kit, 125cms trackwidth for all phases. Dressage tests for Monday, 9 April, one-day event at Ashfields are: Pre-novice and novice, small pony classes - pre-novice test, 40m x 80m arena. All other classes BHDTA 1a for everyone, all turnouts, all drivers, 40m x 100m. There will be a limited choice of dressage tests for some classes at our two-day events. Note: new EACDG rule-junior drivers must wear helmets and body protectors for all phases and at all times when on the carriage at an event. Training camp update: If you want to come to the training camp, 7-8 April, we are still finalising the yearbook and entry forms, however you can express an interest - please contact Jacqui Clarke with your name and email + contact details because it will help us to plan the right number of trainers well in advance (and possibly keep down costs) - thank you! Jacqui's email - jacqui_12@btinternet.com The training camp is £175 for two days, two lessons/day, £190 for non-members. Lunches and supper for driver and one helper/groom are included, extra meals for friends & family, £8.50. We are sorry but this is a package deal and we cannot accommodate "just one lesson". You can join EACDG now - just go to our website and either pay online or print the downloadable form and send a cheque. Hello, Kerry, the two-day training camp at Ashfields will probably be a similar price to 2011's - that is, about £165 for club members, which includes meals for the driver: extra meals for your helper/groom can be booked. You can put your name down with Zoe Morgan or Jacqui Clarke and we are planning to have the yearbook here shortly and we'll also have online booking as soon as we've worked out costs. We try to keep down costs and it always helps us if people book early so we can plan the number of trainers we'll need well ahead. The camp is a great way to start the season especially with a new pony! | ||
