Absolutely touching ceremony, beautiful music and poems. The most stunning views ever from a crematorium. |

Chris's funeral yesterday was a very emotionally charged time but she had a wonderful send off from family and friends with a good representation from the carriage driving world. The sun shone over the most beautiful crematorium and gardens with an intensity matched only by the mix of love and sadness felt by all of us present. |

Its such a shame that we are losing some of our best friends and supporters of our sport. Our thoughts go out to the family and friends of all that have recently departed from us recently. Heather and Ian Watt |

That is just the most awful news - Chris was one of the worlds 'general good eggs' - not a nasty side to her - always did everything cheerfully and with an honesty and generosity of spirit not matched by many, loved her ponies, Chris, her children and her dogs (not written in any particular order)and had a real zest for life in general. Chris, Becky and James our thoughts are with you. |

It is my very sad and devastated responsibility to report the untimely death of my friend Chrissie Nash. Chrissie died suddenly at home last Thursday of a rare heart condition. Her sense of fun, warmth and generosity will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her and our thoughts go out to Chris, her partner and her children, Becky and James. Funeral details will be posted on the front page. |
