Cynthia and I have moved to the lovely VALLEY of the YSTWYTH Distance and remoteness have compelled us to reluctantly put down the circuit......some 30 years on. It has all been such a pleasure. ERDDIG our farthest when in LONDON is now our nearest and so it was that we were there....Quite splendid. Those in attendance will know that we were feted.....yet we have had reward enough for any service we might have given. My real purpose here is to OFFER OUR SINCERE THANKS TO THE MANY EVENTS THAT SUBSCRIBED to the splendid GIFTS GIVEN TO EACH US.....I will treasure my DECANTER and with CYNTHIA we will DRINK TO THE SUCCESS of you all. It has been such a pleasure to meet you all and to vicariously enjoy your "Turnouts" in what ever form. OUR THANKS TO YOU ALL. Derrick and CYNTHIA.....never so high profile tucked away SCORING. An especial mention of TOM and SHEILA who were the motivators of the event. |
