"Caravanners are being given the chance to camp and work at the Queen Victoria's Review Ground in Windsor Great Park as part of the British Horse Driving Trials Association's National Championships. The event begins on Friday September 9th and concludes on the 11th, and the Caravan Club has revealed that members can book pitches for the weekend. Those who wish to can act as a steward on one, two or all three of the days and can spend any time off enjoying the new Country Fair and entertainment, which includes gun dog, falconry and classic car displays. The second day of the show will see the annual British Driving Society Show and dog agility classes take place." I've just noticed this as being 'in the press' and advertised on the front page of our website, yet the detail seems quite adrift from what is mentioned on the windsor website. Could the marketing department please clarify what attractions will be on offer. It would be great to see everyone entered or coming to support a friend dragging along other friends and supporters to swell the crowds. Come on 'The Nationals' - enthuse your members! Let us know what is going on and give us confidence that its going to be a show piece event and lets all make an effort to put bums on seats. |
