The Horse and Hound have put out the 'PLAIN ENGLISH GUIDE TO TRANSPORT LAW'

They state that if you drive a horsebox over 7.5 tonnes for fun you need an operators licence. I have contacted VOSA and this is incorrect. If you would like me to send a copy of the e-mail I have received from VOSA please email me wendy_stromberg@hotmail.com
