A good way is to locate a qualified instructor via the BDS or an experienced driver such as Karen Barrett, Rachel Stevens, Boyd Exell etc. Where are you based as that alone would help others to give recomendations of people in your area.

Hi everyone,

I would really love to learn how to drive, and was wondering if anyone can help give me some tuition or advice. Of course i can pay, or help with your horses/ponies.

I have a 7yr old standardbred mare that was used for harness racing, but she currently has a 2 month old foal at foot. If there is someone out there who could also help me rebreak her to harness when the time comes that would be great. I am guessing that she would also have to learn a different way of going, as it would be a completely different style for her.

I am in Huntingdonshire.

Many Thanks
Emma
