I am sure all the old timers like myself will be sorry to hear that Barbara Stothert has died. Barbara was a BHDTA and also a BDS Judge and one of the old school. I always remember the first time she judged me when she said that I really must get some dog skin gloves as they were the very best. The mind boggled at the thought of having to go and strip some poor dog of it's skin. She was an absolute font of knowledge and always prepared to help or give advice. I am sure that many, like me, have fond memories of her. |
