I think I am seeking the impossible... but if you don't ask... My novice mare and I are having great fun with driving trials, working hard on our lessons and about to venture into our first season of grown-up outdoor competition, inc 2-day competitions. I have some very lovely friends that have bravely hung on the back for the last year but we need to find someone with as much of a passion as we have for this sport to backstep for us. So.. if you are or know someone, near Southampton/Eastleigh/Fareham in Hampshire, who would like be part of a fun summer please get in touch.. this isn't a paid position - but I make a very good packed lunch :-) Experience of course would be great, but enthusiasm, reliability and sense of humour are equally as important, we can make up the rest!
