Apologies to all those who waited with bated breath for news of results from Sandringham. As Vic explained, the internet connection was nigh on non-existent (nearly as bad for mobile signals). Getting press releases and daily results over to Vic meant an evening trip down to McDonalds at King's Lynn and even there the speed was poor so could only send one image at a time. Unfortunately the scorer had left the site before I could get the final results downloaded onto a memory stick, hence the lack of breakdown for Sunday. Hopefully full results will be available soon. The Brits started on the back foot with dressage that was good but not quite to the same standard as the other teams but they fought back brilliantly and all credit to every one of them. Sue's joy at winning the cones was wonderful, I hope you enjoy the photo of Toby cantering round the arena on his lap of honour. It was an honour to be press officer for the event. | ||
