Hi Helen, I am looking to get back into driving this year and although I have had a few lessons (in scurry driving) I am a novice. However, I have been around horses all my life and am currently the owner of a 15.2hh retired cob, a 14.3 cob and a Shetland pony (who unfortunately lies down when hitched to a cart!). I would be really interested in taking your boy out on a regular basis but was wondering if you would be happy to show me the ropes for the first few times (happy to pay you for lessons of course). I am an experienced horse owner and would be happy to commit to a regular schedule to ensure you are not messed around. I am based in Colchester. Let me know what you think. | ||

Hi I was wondering if anyone near wix equestrian centre would be interested in driving my little man out? He's 11hh and 5yrs old and is a pleasure to drive. He is also a great kids pony. He would be suitable for beginners classes (mainly as we only have the basic turnout ), he's learning how to scurry/cones and loves driving round the local lanes. I'm not looking for a financial contribution but I do not want to be messed about. I was thinking he might suit someone who wants to have a go competing (as wix is up the road for winter comps) or equally someone who enjoys a leisurely stroll out. |
