I understand this to mean that drivers not in the Advanced classes may use their presentation carriage for dressage and their three-phase* carriage for cones.

*or other carriage with correct trackwidth

Keith was asked about carriages. See Page 15 of the BC rule book but relevant paragraph is

"Athletes competing in the Advanced class must use the same vehicle for Dressage and Cones. If a different vehicle is used in other classes, it must comply with Paragraph 3 above." (On Page 15)

Also

Citronella is banned in endurance - is it banned for us?

I have checked with an FEI Veterinary delegate and quote "It's a Chinese whisper!
No mention that it is a banned substance...."

For clarification it is no longer permitted for citronella to be referred to as a fly repellent as there is no proof that it works but as it is not banned it can be used in your own concoctions!
