Hi Susan. If you look on Page 89 (onwards) in the BC rulebook it outlines the eligibility to compete in classes at National level.
The class you enter has a specified dressage test and cones speed. The marathon is the same for all classes (sometimes there are exceptions to this but they will be outlined in the schedule).
If you are enquiring for Club competitions it is best to contact the club organiser or secretary. They often follow the same rules but not always.

Please can someone explain to me the difference in entry criteria for Novice and Introductory tests and does this apply to the cones and marathon phase? Thanks
