Where are you based, ? you could try it .   Guest Member Username: New Post Number: 329 Registered: 01-2007 Posted on Friday, 13 July, 2012 - 4:30 pm:    Hi, the collar was bought for my welsh sec a and fitted her very well she was 11.3 with little wither, I moved onto 13hh pony and it fitted him until he put weight on ( he has a good wither and high head carriage which pulls the collar off his shoulder other wise it would fit him.
