I think the dressage test will be fei no.1 (2010). I maybe wrong but this is the test we did in Hungary last year and I do not think it has been changed since. We will probably get more information about it at camp; if you want you could email Mary Jane to just confirm that. Mike |

Thanks for the info Michael, that's great. We have done many one day outdoor and indoor events, so the format seems fine then. I suppose the only question that remains is which dressage test she has to practice! She's 14, so if you can point us in the right direction, that would be much appreciated. |

hi The competition on the Friday is a selection event for people putting there names down for selection for the junior world trophy in Austria next year. There are four selection events -the one day event after junior training camp 2011 -the junior outdoor championships 2011 -indoor finals 2012 -Easter camp 2012 the format is basically the same as an indoor event. dressage then cones, but instead of doing the obstacles we have a derby competition, where your will have about 3 obstacles integrated with a cones course, driving say cones 1,2,3 then cone four is the start gate to the first obstacle and so on. With only trotting allowed in the cones. There are different dressage tests for different age groups so if you tell me your daughter’s age then I can tell you. Has your daughter got a moodle account? If not email Mary Jane Campbell too gets one. were this is a bit more information on the junior world trophy, and you are able to record all her competitions results and notes from training at home on there so the trainers can see how she is doing. See you there Michael Hodgson |

Can someone please explain to me what the ICKD format for a 1 day competition is? My daughter is booked into the Junior Training Camp at Ashfields and is interested in doing the 1 day competition on the Friday. I'm curious about what dressage test, especially! |
