Hi Janice, We have some guidelines we use use for our local Le Trec competitions which may be of use to you. My mum's the AC of our area and will have the paperwork, - if you email Ann at mjamham2@(zzz)tiscali.co.uk (remove the zzz)- I know she'd be more then happy to help! Good luck and hope you enjoy =] Emily |

Hi Janice, the best person to ask is Linda Swain, her contact details are on the BDS website. From my 'limited' experience (in taking part), the most important things are to have a fun day in a 'safe as possible' environment with skills suitable for all abilities. Best of luck, Helen |

Hello from the land Down Under I would really like to get Trec started here in Australia and would really appreciate any info, photos, video, etc. that I could use to get people interested. I have the info off the BDS website but was hoping to find out a bit more (I hope!) thanks in advance, Janice |
