Thank you all for your thoughts and wishes at this difficult time. Andrew was the most incredible brother who had an amazing life, despite being paralysed from the age of 21. He leaves the most loving wife, Lucy and their miracle son, 2 yo Sam. I hope as he grows he inherits his fathers determination in the face of all adversity, his sense of humour and his great capacity for love. I will miss my incredible brother, and my boys will miss their beloved uncle but I hope he watches over us all and smiles as we strive to follow in his incredibly determined 'footsteps'. Rest in peace Andrew, we love you. | ||

I am sure everyone will share in the family’s grief and our thoughts go out to them all. Many in the driving world feel that it would be appropriate to do something practical in memory of Andrew to help Lucy and Sam at this difficult time. To all Andrew's BHDTA friends: Andrew suffered a serious stroke on Tuesday 23rd early in the morning while on holiday in Florida with Lucy and Sam. He was due to commentate at Live Oak in Ocala this weekend. Lucy's parents are now with her. There is always hope and our combined thoughts and prayers must now be with Andrew, Lucy and Sam, and their families. Simon D Heath |
