It seems that many club events are able to publish dressage times and marathon times some few days before the event. While appreciating that the National Championships entail a lot of organisation, it would be nice if at least class times could be indicated. We are trying to encourage suport from spectators, many of these initially will be friends of competitors and wanting to follow them. I have, as Ashfields is fairly local to me, encouraged a number of followers but have had to tell them that I am unlikely to know my rough times until Friday at the earliest. Some of these have days other considerations to arrange and I feel this is a discouragement for supporters. Perhaps Ashfields can buck this trend? |
