Hi I have an Ifor Williams 510 and travel two 11.2hhs at the back facing backwards with their carriage up on it's back end behind them i.e. at the front of the carriage. Sometimes I travel them facing sideways and always like this if I'm travelling only one pony. I have had a number of additional brackets fixed and have two full width bars. It works very well and a larger single pony could be travelled sideways with the carriage at the front. Though it's best to have an extra pair of hands for loading and tipping the carriage. Does anyone know the max size pony that can travel comfortably with its 4 wheel carriage in a 510 Ifor Williams trailer? I am thinking of getting a smaller pony rather than a bigger trailer. Any advice would be most welcome. Like is it better to travel the pony at the front or the back of the trailer when it is divided? |
