At present, the schedule for the national event at Hopetoun, 25th - 27th May 2012, can be viewed on the SCDA website within the 2012 Omnibus - the Organisers hope you can ALL come up this year to enjoy our fabulous event in stunning surroundings with great arenas, terrific marathon and, of course, the Ceilidh! |

On behalf of Newnham National Organising Committee I have posted the 2012 National schedule on the GWHC website. Entry fees, classes and judges are confirmed. The schedule is still awaiting ratification by the BHDTA so may be subject to change. |

May I suggest that this thread is nipped in the bud before anyone else joins in - without knowing the facts - to criticise the Office who I'm sure at times also feel they get little or no recognition or thanks. Clearly not all organisers were delayed in submitting their schedules, but maybe some. Perhaps instead of asking the general populous where schedules are, a call or email to the Office would have been more appropriate in this instance. To prevent further criticism/speculation and calls/emails which need answering thus taking up time, perhaps the Office could stick a note on this thread or on the front page to indicate when yearbooks might be sent out. |

I can assure you that the schedules for Sandringham and Catton Park were completed in November, after the Organisers conference and forwarded to the office. It is appalling that organisers are being blamed for the delay in the year book. It is in our interest to get the Year Book out to members as early as possible. We work our socks off for the BHDTA and get little or no recognition or thanks. Perhaps the office would like to take over our jobs and organise events too!!! |

What....16 events have failed to send their schedules in...I don't think so! If there is a problem then just let us all know what it is, then we know and we don't have to surmise. It makes very little difference to me but I am sure there are event organisers who really need to know if anyone intends to enter their event. |

Hi Julie I rang the office last week asking the same question and was told that the event organisers have not yet sent in their schedules. Hopefully they will be along soon. Geoff |

When will the schedules and entry info be available so we can get our entries in early? |
