Very sad news. She was always so helpful and cheerful and combined the job of BHDTA Secretary with her full time job as lecturer at Warwickshire College. Said quirky piebald was a real challege but she drove him with skill and panache. Please post the date of the remembrance service when you have it. |

very sad news. Ricenda was also BHDTA sec a few moons ago and was always very cheerful and helpful. She competed in the single horse class and we had many a good battle. Probably remembered for her lovely quirky piebald !! RIP Ricenda xx |

I remember her at Alnwick having a session with Boyd many many years ago. She advised me then to use a breathing supplement even when nothing was apparantly wrong - and she was right. RIP |

Today I received the sad news of the death of Ricenda Chambers, known to some of us as Ricenda Lord. She has spent the last few years living in France with her husband John and two children Kim and Josh. She finally succumbed to cancer after a long battle. She died last Thursday night. Lets hope she enjoyed watching the 2011 Nationals from above. John hopes to hold a remembrance service in UK on a date yet to be fixed. |
