King of the Cones has had an exciting season. With the title being decided at the final qualifying event of the year. It also has a facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/kingofthecones) and a website (www.kingofthecones.com). It expands to Russia next year and we hope the Club league will also expand (information for organisers can be found on the website). The Andrew Cowdrey trophy is now finished and will be presented at Windsor on the Saturday evening. A big thanks must go to both Jeff Liles without whom we would have had no inspiration and to Paul from Puddled Iron who made it into 3D for us. Four and a half years on though thanks must also go to Lucy and Andrew Cowdrey who got behind King of the Cones from the start and really made the event! |
