The FEI has announced the world single horse champs for 2012 will be in Sep 2012 at Lezirias Portugal. Those not in advanced class who wish to go for it should seek authority from BHDTA Council to enter the advanced class for the selection process. It is always worth getting your horse qualified for dressage sooner rather than later so you then focus on performance improvement in the other disciplines at selection events. Remember if you do decide to enter for the process, other things to consider will be driver and horse registration at FEI , vaccinations. There is much info on the BHDTA website for competitors competing abroad. It is likely that our selection process will start at Holker Hall 2011 followed in 2012 at Ashfields, Hopetoun, Sandringham and either Catton or Erddig. There are dressage qualifying events this year if you wish to enter advanced horse class at Hopetoun, Sandringham, Catton & Erddig. Check the schedules for more detail. |
