I am mature applicant (40’s) physically strong and fit and used to all weathers and conditions, and don’t shy away from routine or tedious tasks – they have to be done and I am proud of my consistent high standards and attention to detail. I am responsible and reliable; I don’t have to be told twice, am keen to learn and work as a team. A few years back, having exhausted my extensive business career; I studied at Warwickshire College (obtaining distinctions in all my courses) Equistudy: Advanced Horse Knowledge Series, to formalize my equine knowledge gained in Spain and Chile. I also worked as a part time groom for over a year at a riding school in Surrey; drove the horsebox; assisted a farrier; practiced natural horsemanship; did equine assisted therapy and became contented and felt fulfilled for the first time. Horses are my passion, and I want to work with them on a daily and permanent basis. At present, I freelance as a horse whisperer (together with my herding dog) helping owners and riders develop a better bond and trusting relationship with their animals. I can provide a full CV and current references; am willing to relocate and can start immediately. If you have any vacancy, I would be very grateful to be considered and would welcome your call to discuss the opportunity in more detail. 079 8469 8484 |
