Below is a tribute to this lovely man from Chester Horse Driving Trials Ltd, of which Mr De Ferranti was a Member for many years. Mr Sebastian De Ferranti It is with deep regret and sorrow that we learned of the death last week of Mr Sebastian De Ferranti, of Henbury Hall, Macclesfield, Cheshire. We understand that he died peacefully at his home, Henbury Hall. Sebastian has been a stalwart supporter of Driving Trials since the early years of the sport, hosting National Competitions at Henbury Hall for many years. Indeed “Henbury” is still talked about with great fondness by many of the Country’s Top Drivers As a Club, Chester has been very fortunate to have the support of Sebastian and we have enjoyed enormously having Henbury Hall as our End-Of-Season Event every year. Thank You Sebastian. You were a true friend of Chester Horse Driving Trials Ltd. We will all miss you. |
